The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We read every message.
What to email us about
- Corrections. Tell us the page address and what is wrong. If you have a source (a code section, a manufacturer instruction, a public price page), include the link and we will check it.
- Story ideas and questions. If you run a fence shop or are planning a fence and want a topic covered, send it. Real questions from the field make the best guides.
- Advertising and sponsorship. We sell a small number of labeled sponsor placements across the network. Rates and rules are on the AI Fence HQ sponsor page.
- Privacy requests. To remove your email from the newsletter list or ask what we hold about you, email us from that address and say so. See Privacy.
- Licensing and photo credits. If you believe a photo or passage is used incorrectly, email us with the page address and we will review it promptly. Photo sources are listed on our photo credits page.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a fence company. We cannot quote your fence, send a crew, recommend a specific local contractor, settle a dispute with a contractor, or tell you exactly where your property line is. For those, contact licensed local fence companies, your town permit office, your HOA, or a licensed surveyor. For anything underground, contact 811 before anyone digs.

We do not take phone calls. Email keeps a written record for both of us and lets us send links and sources.
